Every piece of steel is modeled and detailed using SDS/2 software. Both the 3D model and construction documents are kept current, consistent and accurate — while providing a seamless integration of our client’s in-house job standards. At DSD, we “think” like fabricators and erectors. We know if something doesn’t work in the model, it won’t work in the field; thus we continually strive to reduce potential problems in fabrication, shipping and erection via our excellent quality control program. To ensure projects stay on the fast track to completion, we utilize an aggressive Request For Information (RFI) approach to obtain any necessary but missing data. This proactive approach is just one of numerous measures we employ to save valuable time ... time that our client can then schedule for construction.
